MiG-21, in formatie pentru parada de 1 Decembrie | VideoMiG-21, in formation for December 1st parade | Video

1 December 2013 No Comment

miguriWe’ve seen them every year at the military parade on December 1st, the National Day of Romania. They were and are still probably the most anticipated elements of the because their evolution over the Arc de Triomphe lasts only a moment. The MiGs 21!

Because we are on December 1st, I want to show you the MiGs. Not from the ground, as you might have expected, but from the air!

A team of Pro Patria TV show went to MKAB and “fitted” a pilot with a video camera so we can see what they see all the time. And the images are sensational.

It all starts at Kogalniceanu AFB with the take off, then is the road to Bucharest with a quite large formation and once arrived over the Capital pilots to “tighten” the formation so much that they seem to touch each other at times.
